Harvest: 5 October Fermentation tank: steel with controlled temperature Fermentation temperature: 28-30 degrees Fermentation: 12-15 days with frequent mixing Baths of aging: Slavonian oak barrels of 25 hl. Ageing period: 20 months in wood and 6 in bottle Sugars: 1.30 Ph: 3.45 Acidity: 6 Retrieved: 33 Serving temperature: 18 degrees Tasting glass: large tulip Storage: bottles horizontal Aging: 10/15 years depending on the year Colour: intense ruby red with orange highlights aging assume Bouquet: Intense and ample with notes of violets and licorice Palate: full and dry with soft start develops a pleasantly tannic structure Match: it combines perfectly with red meats, stews and game No Bottles 11700
