Low US Retail is updated twice a month and excludes outlier listings. Detailed listings are sourced daily from our partner, Global Wine Stocks, and may include outliers. Note that you can use the 'Report a problem' link which appears after clicking on any individual listing to notify our content team and partner of incorrect wine matches.
Auction prices are based on actual auction results (inclusive of buyerÂ’s premiums) of 750ml bottle sizes only. As auction prices fluctuate from auction to auction and some wines have limited auction activity, the average auction price is updated twice a month and derived from a proprietary algorithm.

I mean really...I am absolutely obsessed with this vineyard. They have their shit together...if you ever have a chance, go to the winery...absolutely intoxicating and not just from the booze. The epitome of Napa without insulting your bill-fold. Supreme depth, concentration, balance...all around sexy. This vintage is my preference in the last 10 years!...I have to say! Include the LMV and the Solari in that statement. I would buy this if they dropped it in the toilet and didn't bother to wipe it off.

Opaque with some large grannular sediment, deep prple core with little rim variation. Clean with intense developing bouquet of menthol, cedar box and black fruit. Dry, intense palate of black currant, mint and hints of smoky vanilla and bitter chocolate. A huge structured, yet fairly well integrated wine with big tannins that linger on the teeth after the long finish. Stylistically a very different wine than the 2009 which is a huge sappy fruit bomb presently. This is the more learned, well-rounded big brother. A beatifully complex and enjoyable offering.

DO NOT DRINK YET!!! Way too early. Promises to be a great wine in the future, but needs time or an overnight decanting.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
