Has 10 to 20 days of preparation at a temperature between 28 º and 30 º and 12 months of aging in French and American oak barrels in equal parts, with various toasteds to enhance the aromas of the varieties and 7 to 12 months in bottle.

Dark red, tile meniscus.
Medium intensity, without too much volume, there is some red fruit, spicy and some mild toasted.
Tasty with excellent acidity, well balanced with nice attack.
