Oh that BBQ pulled pork pizza is fantastic, and it needs a wine with some sweetness and grip to stand up to the rich bbq sauce and the Resalte Crianza was very much that, but this is now really showing it's stuff two days later - with big chocolate notes, fruit compote and tannins continuing to smooth out. This is the last bottle and it was given the honor of being served following our Lord's Resurrection.

Very earthy, with forest floor, plums, prunes and cassis. Full body really coats the mouth. Tannins are silky and acidity is low, contributing to a short finish. But for the finish, it reminds me of a Barolo.
