Weine zum Zelebrieren und Geniessen, am festlichen Tisch oder vor dem Cheminée. Reife Weine mit Finesse verlangen eher feine Speisen. Bei konzentrierten, jungen Weinen darf es eine etwas gehaltvollere Küche sein. Braten- oder Wildgerichte, Wildgeflügel, Roastbeef, Châteaubriand und kräftig, würzige Käsesorten wie Gruyere, Tilsiter oder reifer Brie.

Drinking nicely now but give it a few more years. Feel free to have this at Flour + Water in SF. Awesome restaurant.
