Low US Retail is updated twice a month and excludes outlier listings. Detailed listings are sourced daily from our partner, Global Wine Stocks, and may include outliers. Note that you can use the 'Report a problem' link which appears after clicking on any individual listing to notify our content team and partner of incorrect wine matches.
Auction prices are based on actual auction results (inclusive of buyerÂ’s premiums) of 750ml bottle sizes only. As auction prices fluctuate from auction to auction and some wines have limited auction activity, the average auction price is updated twice a month and derived from a proprietary algorithm.

Decanted 45 minutes. Pretty bretty. Soft plum and dark cherry flavors, with moderate acidity and soft, supple tannins. Just had a hard time getting past the brett though. Could've been lot better, and considering the modern style, I expected a cleaner drinking wine.

Decanted this wine for two hours before serving with Filet on the patio. Initially, it was very tannic but it opened up very well after decanting. A wonderful wine with dinner, showing cassis and plums, with smooth tannins and an excellent finish.

Decanted for 24 hours. A typical Brunello with elements of sour cherry and toasted oak. Somewhat restrained with tannins which should round a bit more in a couple of years.

Bursting with big, bright fruit on the nose. Mouthwatering and filled with strawberry and vanilla, but not very complex and almost a bit too jammy on the palate. The finish was long, but likely aided by the higher alcohol content. Somewhat underwhelming.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
