With nine years of bottle age turnbull showed extremely well. Good up fruit big fruit, sweet tannins, and nice velvety finish. Good extraction for a big napa cab but not overextracted like some. Great buy

Gosh, this is a terrific wine !! Opened it on a birthday occasion and everyone loved it. The nose was of leather and red fruit. The taste of dark berries, chocolate and hint of oak. The tannins were super ripe and rounded. Enjoy.

Drank out of magnum this was deep, dark with a good cabernet fruit profile. It was a little heavy on the oak, tannin side. Although slightly out of balance that did not detract from being able to enjoy. I think maybe a few more years for this bottle would have been beneficial, but I did enjoy drinking it. At the price I paid I think this is a good value.

Dark Inky Purple. Cassis and blackberry are obvious on the nose but there's a nice undercurrent of chocolate and cherry. Well balanced full bodied wine with fairly smooth tannins for such a young Cab. This should improve nicely over the next couple of years.
