Filled with aromas of blueberry and new car, this blend is wonderful! It's rich and full body make this a bold and very fruit forward wine! The merlot adds a great flavor to the cab heavy/ based blend by adding "fruitiness" that is often not found in a "cab only" wine. It's finish was very oaky, and overall I think this wine will drink best in 2015 (+/- 2 years).

Luscious, smokey, comforting. Nice structure, balanced, perfect tanin. Smooth with dark cherry and chocolate notes. Paired with homemade sausage pizza with sweet basil tomatoe sauce.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
