Chesini producerar även en s k Recioto Amandorlat. Detta är en blandning av Amarone och Recioto som är mycket svårt att framställa. Amandorlato är för sött för att kallas Amarone och för torr för att vara en Recioto. Druvorna torkas i 165 dagar, Endast en handfull producenter klarar av att framställa en Amandorlato och dessa brukar lyckas ungefär vart 10:e år. När det lyckas som i detta fallet är det ett gudomligt vin! Den har en karaktär av ett Recioto med sötma och fyllighet. I munnen kommer snabbt även karaktären av en Amarone fram.
