Excellent! a lot of finesse, lift up and vivid wine. This wine is very atypical to what we usually are related or common to a Spanish wine. Mencia is a different grape to tempranillo. Is very lively more vivid red/ruby color and simply tastes different. I really enjoy this bottle. Highly recommendit and a good value too.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
