Just super. Enjoyed on our 38th anniversary with friends. But not worth the price.

Silky smooth Champagne. In all honesty, this was our first venture into sparkling wine, but I was blow away. So much to the extent that I had to try other sparklings later on that week and nothing came close... still can't decide if an extra $400 is worth the Rose, but this was great!

Had for new years. Very young still but the aromas were great with perfumed flowers and sweet apples. On the palate it was not your typical yeasty champagne, it was all so focused and integrated. Smooth with slight acidity. Not worth the price though!! Still a good champagne but I can find better for 40 bucks

Prominent nose with plenty of freshness. Strong yeast covered with some nice sweetness behind, nicely made but I feel the yeast can be a bit more subtle. Good medium long aftertaste.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
