Consumed at home with tostada. Opened with a loud POP. Still lots of fizz, carbonation. Taste was good but nothing spectacular. I prefer $50 Veuve Cliquot to this.

barely there. Not much life in bottle. base wine was out of balance, overly acidic, lacking fruit, slight carbonation, didn't finish glass

wow...just fantastic. enjoyed the bottle on our daughter's birthday and this is one of the best champagnes we have tasted. smooth and silky.
