Delicious as always. Starting to show its age but the smooth bordeaux-style crafting still shines through.

nose was awesome, wine still pretty well together after 11 years. mellowed through the course of the evening, but maintained its structure.

Full bodied, lush wine with hints of blackberry and cherry. Slightly tannic. Opened up after about 2 hours. Very drinkable now.

Black olive in the nose with grassy oak overtones. Cascading supple tannins lead to an enjoyable finish. Sadly the wine does not have enough going on in the mouth to warrant a higher score.
