Wine Advocate | Rating: 96Another 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Tin Box was 147 cases, aged in three-fourth Taransaud and one-fourth Darnajou barrels. It is a deep, powerful, almost primordial wine, very much in the Bevan style, but with sweet, velevty tannin, gorgeous blue and blackberry fruit, a touch of creosote and camphor. An almost Graves-like scorched-earth is present in this deep, full-throttle, amazingly savory and concentrated , balls-to-the wall Cabernet. Drink it over the next 20+ years.Author: Robert Parker
