Wine Advocate | Rating: 91The 2013 Chardonnay Cote Sud Vineyard comes from vines located in a neighboring property that was bought by Domaine Serene in 1997. It has a well-defined and more complex bouquet than the Clos de Lune and Clos du Soleil, with hints of apricot blossom and dried mango developing in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with nutmeg and walnut tinged fruit, though I would like to see a touch more nervosité towards the finish come through with bottle age.Drink Dates: 2017 - 2027Author: Neal MartinIssue: 225
