Wine Advocate | Rating: 93The 2013 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru les Pucelles had a touch of reduction on the nose when I tasted it, although there is still plenty of concentration here, with grapefruit and melon scents neatly intertwined with the cold wet stone aromas. The palate is very well balanced with real weight and density in the mouth. This is a heavyweight les Pucelles that might not possess the elegance or finesse of the Folatieres, but reveals enormous persistence and power.Drink Dates: 2017-2035Author: Neal Martin
