Wine Advocate | Rating: 91The 2012 Gandona Vineyards Encosta Cabernet Sauvignon (which I assume is somewhat of a second-wine selection) is a blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest 8% Cabernet Franc and 4% Merlot. The wine shows spicy, foresty notes, a touch of tobacco leaf, moderate structure and blackcurrant and black raspberry fruit in a medium-bodied, juicy, alluring and seductive style. Drink it over the next 8-10 years.Author: Robert Parker
