Good bright red. Pungent crushed-rock minerality lifts the aromas of wild red fruits and black cherry. Dense, sappy and very deep, with explosive black cherry, mineral, wild herb and spice flavors saturating the entire mouth and vibrating on the very long, perfumed aftertaste. Conveys a thickness of texture that comes from tiny grapes but without any impression of weight. Wonderfully urgent, sappy and long on the compellingly sweet finish. I could drink a bottle right now, but this wine really deserves a decade in the cellar.Author: Stephen TanzerIssue: March/April 2013Wine Advocate | Rating: 94
The 2010 Chambolle-Musigny Les Fuees is a model of understated elegance. Sweet red berries, crushed flowers, mint and orange peel are all woven together beautifully in this highly expressive Chambolle. The Fuees looks to have considerable early appeal, certainly more so than many of the domaine's other 2010s.Author: Antonio Galloni
