The limited production (fewer than 100 cases) 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Signature is meant to represent the finest lots as chosen by proprietor and winemaker, Todd Anderson. An impressively saturated ruby/purple color is followed by gorgeously expressive aromas and flavors of blueberries, blackberries and cassis fruit that fill the mouth and coat the palate with no hard edges or heaviness. The wood component is completely obscured by the wine's lavish, extravagant ripeness and richness. Fine-tuned, precise, full-bodied and pure, it represents the greatness of Napa Cabernet Sauvignon. While approachable, it will not hit its stride for another 4-5 years, and should last two to three decades.
