A classic and ripe Puligny nose features aromas of acacia blossom, lemon and spiced pear that merge into seductively textured, round and supple medium-bodied flavors that possess really lovely depth and length. This is quite stylish as well as unusually classy, particularly for a villages level wine.

Very crisp and well balanced. Gets a little more acidity as it warms up.

In 1984, Olivier Leflaive decided to create a new vision for the wines of Burgundy with the help of his brother Patrick and his Uncle Vincent. He had one ambitious objective in mind - to apply their collective knowledge to the vinification of the best vineyards in Burgundy. Although Leflaive purchases fruit from many different vineyards, he is involved in many of the growing decisions.
