58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc, 6% Petit Verdot. Dark purple. Very little on the nose for the moment. Then beautifully ripe and complex on the palate with very marked St-EstŠphe tannins on the finish. A long-distance runner.
Most of the 2009 Bordeaux that I have tasted have been very approachable even at this young age. But this one needs a little time. Dark fig and black currants; very earthy; tannins are still not integrated.

Still young but very approachable, soft fruits, rounded mouth fulls. Would recommend for easy drinking.
