A high-toned nose of red raspberry, cranberry and a hint of sour cherry complements the nicely intense and balanced middle weight flavors where the sour cherry character is picked up on the dusty, mouth coating and punchy finish. This is really quite nice and would make a good accompaniment at the table as there is balanced acidity that gives the finish a very clean and precise feel without descending into that industrial clipped character. I like this because even though it doesn't have the depth of the Keefer, there is no noticeable warmth either. A qualitative choice though note that the respective personalites between this and the Keefer are distinctly different. This too is recommended.

Intense and focused, with dense, rich, concentrated wild berry and raspberry fruit that's well-centered, with loamy herb and spice nuances.
