A lovely nose of minerals, white flower, peach and pear with a hint of rosemary oil dissolves into rich, full, sweet and mouth coating flavors that despite the apparent size, remain quite finely detailed and essentially this is a wine of finesse, balance and harmony. Lovely in every respect.Author: Allen MeadowsIssue: 3rd Quarter, 2007

Nose and mouth impression initially tight with an almost wood spirit element on top of white flowers and quince. Later, fuller Chassagne fruit and high-pitched floral character emerged with subdued exotic and metallic overtones and an angularity (one taster called it |boxy|) typical of the vintage. Surprisingly elegant finish, but I'm not optimistic that this will integrate well.Author: darvid
