CS Real lift on the nose with opulence and obvious Grand Cru extra weight and class. Great, brisk acidity. A real step up from the wines above! Satin texture and zest.Author: Jancis RobinsonIssue: 39271Wine Spectator | Rating: 94
This is exotic, from the tropical fruit flavors to the lush texture. Apricot, pineapple and mango notes, with a touch of vanilla and anise, get support from the vibrant acidity. Balanced and long, with a butterscotch aftertaste.Author: Bruce SandersonBurghound | Rating: 93
This is surprisingly elegant and expressive for young Bƒtard, indeed it's almost as elegant as the Chevalier with a highly complex nose featuring citrus, fennel, floral and brown sugar hints that continue onto the powerful, textured and mouth coating flavors, all wrapped in a punchy and sappy finish. I'm impressed by the level of dry extract and ultimately this is as good as the Chevalier in 2005.Author: Allen MeadowsIssue: 3rd Quarter, 2007
