Serves up a mix of rich, loamy, earthy berry, mineral, pebble and sage notes that are firm, trim and complex. Should only get better. Needs decanting. 225 cases made.Drink Dates: 2008-2013Author: James LaubeWine Advocate | Rating: 93
The 2005 Syrah Napa exhibits plenty of bacon fat, chocolate, blackberry, and Burgundian-like complexity as well as elegance. Medium to full-bodied, with good acidity and impressive purity, it should drink well for 6-10 years.Drink Dates: 2006-2016Author: Robert Parker
