(a 70/30 blend of cabernet sauvignon and merlot) Good bright, deep ruby-red. Cool aromas of blackberry, cassis, mint and shoe polish. Juicy, lively and firm, with coolish flavors of cassis, shoe polish, licorice and mint. On the tough side, finishing with a firm tannic spine and good floral persistence.

Correct but not very exciting. No great concentration or style - just competent. Lots of sucky stoney qualities.
