Concentrated, spicy and fresh, with tooth-rattling acidity buffered by a sweet, toasty note and deep peach, pear and lemon flavors. Finishes impressively deep and long, with a taut citrus zest character. A real essence of Loire sauvignon blanc.

Subtle but alluring aromas of lemon curd and acacia flower belie the power in this white, which offers a swiftly moving current of lemon, lime, mineral, gooseberry and fleur de sel. Long, crackling finish just won't give up.
