    ($35) Good medium red. Pungent aromas of raspberry, maraschino cherry and clove. Juicy, suave and aromatic in the mouth, with lovely lift and terrific fruit intensity. Finishes firmly tannic, juicy and impressively long. |Atypically available early on for this zinfandel, which is usually tight and tough at this stage,| notes winemaker Ehren Jordan.

    Bruce and Barbara Neyers developed their Napa winery, centered around the 50-acre Conn Valley Ranch Estate, in 1992. This has been the source for their vineyard-designated Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot programs. Neyers' consultant, Ehren Jordan, has been involved since the beginning. Neyers is also known for reference-point Chardonnay, Syrah and Zinfandel sourced from a variety of established growers, including Tofanelli, Pato, Thieriot and Sangiacomo.
