($60-$65) Moderately saturated medium red. Smoky redcurrant, cherry, coffee, minerals and tobacco on the aromatic nose. Juicy and dry, with suave, understated flavors of leather, coffee grounds and minerals. Grew more pliant with aeration. Spreads out nicely on the palate, finishing with firm but fine tannins and very good length.

Loads of red fruits on the nose, with blackberry and cherry character. Full-bodied, with superrefined tannins and a lovely plum, coffee and smoky finish. Very subtle and long. Very close to the 2000 in quality. This is a chƒteau on the rise.

This stylish, understated St.-Emilion offers notes of kirsch liqueur, cedar, and spice box in an evolved, medium-bodied, exceptionally elegant style. Pure, delicate, and subtle, it should be at its finest between 2005-2013.
Ruby red. Rich spicy plum nose with tobacco and polished mahogany. Smooth and elegant black fruits on the palate. Good acidity and soft smooth tannins merge seamlessly with the blackcurrant and spicy wood. Smoky on the finish.
