The 1995 Cabernet Sauvignon Knight's Valley reveals a deep ruby color, followed by copious quantities of sweet black currant fruit, good acidity, light tannin, and a round, lush, seductive finish.

Very good ruby-red. Bright, pure aromas of cassis, shoe polish and minerals. Juicy, vibrant dark berry flavor in the mouth. Has strong material for the vintage. Finishes firm and fresh, with tannins in harmony with the wine fruit. Should show more nuance with a couple years of bottle aging.

For a standard, non-reserve variety, this Beringer really packed in the tannins and flavors....very fruity, dark rich juice.

Mature cab. Still some nice fruit showing with notes of olives and herbs. Tannins fairly integrated with slight grip. Okay finish.
