Pick-up and delivery services
We use a refrigerated, insulated commercial cargo van kept at 55 degrees.
Our service area is San Francisco Bay Area and Napa/Sonoma counties
Packing services on pick-ups are available if scheduled in advance.
Pick-ups and deliveries must be scheduled in advance.
Individuals can
notify us if they would like to pick-up and drop-off wine at the facility.
For pick-ups of 12 or fewer unique wines, requests received by noon on a business day will be available by 3 p.m. the following business day.
For pick-ups of more than 12 unique wines, 2 or more business days notice is required.
Drop-offs require two-hours notice.
Fees for pick-ups and deliveriesDelivery fees are $10 per carton (or partial carton) with a two carton minimum. See Delivery fees on the Shipping and delivery page for free options.
Pick-up fees are $10 per carton from all locations within our Service Area, including from Napa/Sonoma wineries(where permitted).
Note: Winery pick-ups for Vinfolio priority customers are free.
Pick-up is free for over 25 cartons.
Packing services on pick-ups are $5.00 per carton (any size) plus the cost of any cardboard storage boxes.
Shipping services & fees
Outbound
We ship FedEx to those states where shipping is legal. For bulk shipments, freight forwarders with temperature-controlled trucks may be arranged.

Inbound
There is no charge for receiving inbound shipments. Advance notification is required for deliveries by freight forwarders.

Most countries (e.g. Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong) are supported using DHL or specialized shipping companies. Contact us for a quote.
In addition to shipping charges, duties are often required based on your destination country (see sample rates).

Transportation insurance
Wine in transit (via our van, FedEx, DHL or others) is fully insured for up to $750,000 when arranged by us. (Additional coverage is available.)
