Add wine to storage- For your initial move in, call Customer Service at 415-946-1300 or 1-800-969-1961 to make arrangements.
- Purchase wine from Vinfolio and select "Add to Vinfolio storage" as the fulfillment option. All purchases automatically trigger the issuance of sufficient storage units to provide six months of free storage.
- Arrange pick-ups using our temperature-controlled vans from any location we service including private homes, offices, wineries, other retailers, and auction houses or have wine dropped off at our warehouse. Learn how
- Ship wine directly to Vinfolio. Please address all packages to yourself care of Vinfolio's storage facility address
- All wine arrivals generate a next-business-day email acknowledgement.
- Once inventoried (timing varies based on quantity received), you'll be sent an email confirmation that wine details have been added to your Storage Activity Report.
Remove wine from storage
Tasks performed for all additions and removals- Vinfolio automatically updates VinCellar with the new storage site information on each wine added or removed.
- If Vinfolio's vans are to be used, Customer Service will contact you within one business day to schedule a pick-up or delivery.
