  • Vinfolio automatically updates VinCellar with the new storage site information on each wine added or removed.
  • If Vinfolio's vans are to be used, Customer Service will contact you to schedule a pick-up or delivery.

For your initial move in, call Customer Service at 415.946.1300 or 800.969.1961 to make arrangements.

Purchase wine from Vinfolio and select Add to Vinfolio storage as the fulfillment option.

Arrange pick-ups using our temperature-controlled vans or have wine dropped off at either of our warehouses. Learn how

Ship wine directly to Vinfolio. Please address all packages to yourself care of Vinfolio's storage facilities addresses.

All wine arrivals generate a next-business-day email acknowledgement.

Once inventoried (timing varies based on quantity received), you'll be sent an email confirmation that wine details have been added to your Storage Activity Report.
