Easier and more effective than doing it yourself, Vinfolio's on-site inventory service turns the art of collecting into a science.

Now you can make more informed buying, selling and "when-to-drink" decisions because you'll know exactly what you have and where you have it. Performed by a team of wine experts, you can trust that your inventory will be fast and accurate. And because we use VinCellar™ to store your data, it's simple to manage and maintain.

Schedule the Project

All projects are scheduled at least two weeks in advance. The number of days required varies based upon cellar size, complexity, etc. Typically, a two-person team will complete 600 - 900 bottles per day.

Travel to Your Location

We'll travel to you no matter where you live in the U.S and internationally upon special request. Our knowledgeable team will arrive with all the necessary equipment—computers, digital cameras, barcode scanner, and label printers.

Perform the Inventory

• Organize cellar per your preference- by region, varietal, vintage, etc.
• Accurately capture and enter data into a personal VinCellar account:

  Vintage and wine name

  Quantity by bottle size

  Cellar location parameters per your preferences

  Label images (front, back and neck)

• Apply bottle barcodes and case labels

Maintain Your Inventory

VinCellar makes it easy to keep your inventory current as you add and remove wine.

• Add to Inventory: Use the Add Wizard in VinCellar to add wine yourself. Vinfolio will automatically add wine purchase details and scanned invoices to your VinCellar account for any wine purchased through Vinfolio.
• Remove From Inventory: Use a barcode scanner or browse and select manually in VinCellar to retain accuracy.
