Although every client's needs are unique, we always begin by listening to your wants and needs. Depending on what you would like to do, other steps in our approach may be expanded or contracted as appropriate:
- Understand - we schedule time to sit down and discuss your current needs and future desires.
- Design - based on our understanding, we create a plan to achieve your wine collection goals.
- Execute - we execute the design for your wine collection, based on the guidelines we've created.
- Maintain - we maintain your collection and cellar(s) based on your specific needs. We do the work; you enjoy the wine!

- Remove wine from VinCellar
- Ongoing cellar organization
- Reports on cellar holdings
- Upload new purchases into VinCellar which includes:
- Cellar maintenance
- Assistance with proper wine insurance coverage
- Cellar designer referrals and coordination
- Refer and manage cellar monitoring devices
- Enjoyment
- Provide pairings and recommendations for entertaining
- Handle charitable wine donations
- Coordinate transit of wine to other locations
Once we've agreed on the services you need, we offer several packages that are designed to accommodate most cellar management needs:
- Two days/ month
- Four days/ month
- Additional days in hourly increments (SF Bay Area only)
Each Personal cellar manager supports a limited number of clients so that they can maintain the flexibility to match your scheduling requirements. However, we recommend you schedule specific dates as soon as you can.
