Nairac
Very pleasant indeed. It had a well rounded sweetness with the texture of honey and tastes ranging from raisin to marmalade and a little oak. Rich and with a good balance although acidity is a bit on the low side. Brown sugar and toffee flavours as well. Very good to excellent

Marchesi Spinola Barolo
This wine was truly excellent. It had a superb ruby appearance with excellent aged looks. It was long in the mouth with sweet red berry fruits, black cherry, light prune (especially on the nose), rhubarb, and interestingly, very light (but pleasant) fragrance of Germolene! Great body (medium) and balance with its structiure firmly in place. The nose was also pleasantly sharp. Excellent.
2005
Magondeau Beau Site
This wine belies its price and recognized standing. It is the better of the Magondeau's and this particular vintage was very good indeed. Full of berry fruits, cherry and fresh tropical fruits with good length, body and balance. Very good.

Lanessan
Once again proving to be an excellent wine and excellent value. This wine has been consistent and always very enjoyable.

Fonreaud
This particular bottle had all the attributes on the last but was better!! It seems to be improving and has turned out to be a good find. Shame I only have two bottles left. Very good indeed.
