RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication". It is a way to easily distribute a list of headlines, update notices, and sometimes inventory changes to a wide number of people. Think of it as a one-stop shop for all the stuff you want to read online. For the consumer, an aggregator or reader, either web-based or installed on your computer, ties it all together.

To make use of this information, you have to download and install an RSS feed reader like SharpReader. Every so often, the aggregator checks the RSS feeds you selected. NV Schramsberg - Mirabelle Brut Rose
Solid pink bubbly! Such a great value! Outstanding pink! Strawberry, toast, good acid cut!

2002 Tor - Cabernet Sauvignon Heritage Clones
Plums and chocolate, currants add more fruit to the fray. Great tannin structure, fine and full length, the finish carries on because of the tannins, an exceptional steak wine. (0 views)

2006 Fontodi - Chianti Classico
Classic in style, a great Chianti Classico of cherries, leather, flowers and spice. Color: Dark red, red edges Nose: Cherries, dried flowers, leather and spice. Palate: Medium bodied, great fruit expands over the palate and finishes with fine tannins and great refreshing acidity

2006 Pax - Syrah Cuvee Keltie
Cool climate western Sonoma Syrah at its best! Not decanted, this was very open and complex only 30 minutes in after being opened. Indeed a new world wine, but absolutely nodding heavily at the Northern Rhone, fermented with the stems on! Nose: Cracked pepper, black berry, camphor, black currant, some violets, and a little bit of a roast beef note. Palate: Medium, to full bodied, however very light on the palate. Pepper, savory black currant and black berry, meaty undertones, very long and persistent on the palate. Great acidity and firm tannins give freshness and structure, a beaute!

2002 Delectus - Cabernet Sauvignon Sacrashe Vineyard
Nicely done, still youthful with great fruit and voluptuous unctuosity. I concur with a previous comment that it has Caymus like traits. Color: Deep red, velvety red, slightly showing a little bricking tinge of age on the edges, but just barely. Nose: Wafting notes of bing cherry, sweet oak and vanillin, with herbal and spicy secondary notes. Palate: Good fruit and concentration, though a tad bitter on the finish, drying tannins on the finish don't help much either, w/o these issues the wine is an easy 94.
