Very old woody nose. Saddly leather, must, stewed cherry and plum, anise. Very rough tannin, but the fully developed acid drives the wine over the tongue into a lengthy finish.

Caymus - Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Bottled
Baking spices, anise, baked cherries and strawberries, prune. Acid grows up a bit as the funk blows off. Becomes a light, sharp, slightly soured, yet still elegant wine. Somewhat like an old ivy league professor.
