DRANK WITH 8 FRIENDS AT THE GRAMERCY TAVERN IN NYC AT OUR 1982 BORDEAUX DINNER WITH THE FOLLOWING WINES. LAFITE, MOUTON, LATOUR, HAUT BRION, MARGAUX, PICHON LALANDE, LA MISSION HAUT BRION, COS D'ESTOURNEL. ALL WINES EXCEPT FOR THE MOUTON WEREW GORGEOUS AND DRANK AMAZINGLY WELL. THE MOUTON WAS EITHER CORKED OR TO OLD. AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE FOR ALL. AVERAGE WINE SCORE WAS 98 PTS.

DRC - Romanee St Vivant (Marey Monge)
A LITTLE SPOTTY OUT OF THE BOTTLE WITH A PLEASANT YET FUNKY SMELL, I ENJOYED THE WINE, TASTED LIKE AN OLD BORDEAUX WITH A FAIR AMOUNT OF TANNINS REMAINING, PLEASANT FINISH FOR ME AND MOST OTHER FRIENDS.

Deep ruby red, amazing wine with a gorgeous nose great mouthfeel almost port like, with a long finish, almost 60 seconds. One of the greatest wines I have ever drank.

Artadi - Pagos Viejos Reserva
Deep dark ruby red, nose of cherries and berries, smooth tannins that soften a little to much for my taste, i think this wine is at its peak now. I would drink this wine shortly. I decanted for one am and a half hours.

Buccella - Cabernet Sauvignon
INCREDIBLE INKY BLACK WINE, BEAUTIFUL NOSE OF HUGE BERRIES, SADDLE LEATHER AND CASSIS, FANTASTIC WELL INTEGRATED SOFT TANNINS WIT HA LONG AND FLOURISHING FINISH LASTING 60 SECONDS OR LONGER.
