Really excellent Washington Cabernet.

Ornellaia - Ornellaia
Dark garnet in color with very slight bricking--interesting color. Rich aroma of dried fruit and spice, which carries over into the flavor. Rich wine still retaining some fruit, but with a good structure and soft tannins. Excellent

Jarvis - Cabernet Sauvignon Estate
Drinking very well. Still has enough tannins to keep its structure for some time, but very nice right now. One of the best efforts from this winery that I've had.

Could be a great Bordeaux-style blend, but certainly needs some time.

Tour Haut-Brion
Excellent mature Bordeaux. Tannins have faded, but fruit and rich darker notes are still there. Incredible how it's held together.
