Acacia - Chardonnay Lake Vineyard
Fresh apples when cold. Did not like the flavor, almost more alchohol when it got warmer.

Caymus - Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley
Strong nose. Let set for 20 min. Bursting vanilla, almost to much right now. Leave them in the cellar for another year at a minimum. Supple oak, but think more will come out with age.

Bryant Family - Cabernet Sauvignon
Inky in color. Medium legs. Medium/Full bodied. Medium finish. Little disappointed in the overall flavor. Possible to much expectation. If you have one, drink it now.

Caymus - Cabernet Sauvignon Special Selection
Nice wine - dark fruit flavors and a nice cedar finish. Drinking well but is past it's prim, probably needs to be drank with in 12 months.
1998
Silver Oak - Cabernet Sauvignon Alexander Valley
Drinking very well, with strong oak and little fruit. Dark brown color. Will not last much longer. Looking forward to the magnum at Christmas....
