Seven Hills Winery
Casey and Vicky McClellan joined with the founding partners of Seven Hills Vineyard in 1988 to form the winery of the same name. Casey served as winemaker for several years before pursuing his MA in Enology and Viticulture at UC Davis. After working in California and Portugal, Casey and his wife returned to Walla Walla, where as winemaker McClellan continues to pursue his goal of creating "intensely structured, balanced wines expressing the distinct terroir of the vineyard origin." The very well-regarded Cabernet program utilizes fruit from designated sites such as Klipsun and the Seven Hills Vineyard in Walla Walla. The winery consistently receives solid scores from major wine critics and the wines sellout quickly.
