Ployez-Jacquemart
This boutique gem located in Ludes - a hamlet located between the villages of Chigny-les-Rose and Mailly - is a family-run entity that uses the combined expertise of father and daughter M. Ployez and Laurence Ployez. Though a formally trained chef, Laurence took on the responsibility of making ultra-premium champagne from the family's tiny Grand Cru vineyards. Her style is expressive and deep, and extracts all that the terroir and grape can express. The bubbles are of exquisite texture and complexity and have become many a champagne enthusiast's favorite.

Any location refers to wine stored in a seller's private site as well as wine in Vinfolio storage. Wines sourced from Any location will be fulfilled to a buyer within four weeks. Wine sourced from Vinfolio storage will be fulfilled in one week.
Fill to max quantity allows you to fulfill your bid quantity through multiple purchases. All sellers with wine in the requested location are eligible to accept. Otherwise, you can choose to fulfill your entire bid quantity from one seller.
