Pax Wine Cellars
Pax Mahle produces a wide selection of vineyard-designate Syrahs from Northern California. His goal is to create world-class Syrahs sourced from California's best cooler-climate vineyards. As part of his aim to express vineyard site through the wines, Pax uses traditional winemaking techniques that do not detract from the "personality" of the vineyard. He utilizes indigenous fermentations, minimal handling, unobtrusive use of French oak and bottling without filtering or fining. Great care is taken in the vineyards to produce the best fruit possible by maintaining the vines on an individual basis and ensuring low yields. In addition to many Syrahs, Pax also produces several white wines including Roussanne, Viognier, and a white blend.

The Security Code is located on the back of MasterCard and Visa credit or debit cards and is typically a separate group of 3 digits to the right of the signature strip. On American Express cards, the Security Code is a printed (NOT embossed) group of four digits on the front towards the right.
A credit card is required to place your bid. Your credit card will be pre-authorized if in the past 30 days there has not been a previous successful pre-authorization. This authorization will reserve $40 of your credit limit for approximately 8-10 days.
Any location refers to wine stored in a seller's private site as well as wine in Vinfolio storage. Wines sourced from Any location will be fulfilled to a buyer within four weeks. Wine sourced from Vinfolio storage will be fulfilled in one week.
Fill to max quantity allows you to fulfill your bid quantity through multiple purchases. All sellers with wine in the requested location are eligible to accept. Otherwise, you can choose to fulfill your entire bid quantity from one seller.
