Patton Valley Vineyard
Visits to Chicago wine shops between business school classes helped hone Monte Pitt and Dave Chen's love for fine Pinot Noir. Inspired by their favorite variety, they decided to buy a vineyard and make their own. After searching out a number of sites in California and Oregon, they settled on the Willamette Valley and, in 1995, purchased a 72-acre site in Washington County. Pitt, who gained firsthand experience at Beaux Freres, is helped in winemaking duties by Jerry Murray, a seasoned veteran who has made wine at Erath and Panther Creek in Oregon, Martinborough and Highfield in New Zealand, and Selbach-oster in Germany. Premium Pinot Noir is the sole purpose of Patton Valley.

A credit card is required to place your bid. Your credit card will be pre-authorized if in the past 30 days there has not been a previous successful pre-authorization. This authorization will reserve $40 of your credit limit for approximately 8-10 days.
Any location refers to wine stored in a seller's private site as well as wine in Vinfolio storage. Wines sourced from Any location will be fulfilled to a buyer within four weeks. Wine sourced from Vinfolio storage will be fulfilled in one week.
Fill to max quantity allows you to fulfill your bid quantity through multiple purchases. All sellers with wine in the requested location are eligible to accept. Otherwise, you can choose to fulfill your entire bid quantity from one seller.
