Domaine Bouard-Bonnefoy
Every wine has a story, but Fabrice Bouard's is somewhat more interesting than most. Retired at age 35 after working as the French equivalent of the Secret Service, he now crafts artisan Burgundy from 10 acres of some of the top vineyards of Chassagne-Montrachet. Everything is "old school," from his ancient, vertical press to his serious, respectful treatment of the vineyards and grapes. All the wines are 1er crus and show superb concentration in a subtly layered style.

The Security Code is located on the back of MasterCard and Visa credit or debit cards and is typically a separate group of 3 digits to the right of the signature strip. On American Express cards, the Security Code is a printed (NOT embossed) group of four digits on the front towards the right.
A credit card is required to place your bid. Your credit card will be pre-authorized if in the past 30 days there has not been a previous successful pre-authorization. This authorization will reserve $40 of your credit limit for approximately 8-10 days.
Any location refers to wine stored in a seller's private site as well as wine in Vinfolio storage. Wines sourced from Any location will be fulfilled to a buyer within four weeks. Wine sourced from Vinfolio storage will be fulfilled in one week.
Fill to max quantity allows you to fulfill your bid quantity through multiple purchases. All sellers with wine in the requested location are eligible to accept. Otherwise, you can choose to fulfill your entire bid quantity from one seller.
