If you adhere to the premise that great wine begins in the vineyard, then you have to admire the influence David Abreu has had on the ultra-premium wine industry. His impact began in the 1980s when he founded Abreu Vineyards after graduating from the Viticulture and Enology program at UC Davis. His reputation was enhanced through the success of his vineyard management company, and he became one of the most sought-after viticulture consultants. Famous clients include Blankiet, Staglin, Colgin, Bryant, Araujo and many others. His own wines reflect his expert vineyard management skills and innate ability to translate the grapes' excellence into stunning wine. Abreu also produces a proprietary red blend called Rothwell Hyde.

The Security Code is located on the back of MasterCard and Visa credit or debit cards and is typically a separate group of 3 digits to the right of the signature strip. On American Express cards, the Security Code is a printed (NOT embossed) group of four digits on the front towards the right.
A credit card is required to place your bid. Your credit card will be pre-authorized if in the past 30 days there has not been a previous successful pre-authorization. This authorization will reserve $40 of your credit limit for approximately 8-10 days.
Any location refers to wine stored in a seller's private site as well as wine in Vinfolio storage. Wines sourced from Any location will be fulfilled to a buyer within four weeks. Wine sourced from Vinfolio storage will be fulfilled in one week.
Fill to max quantity allows you to fulfill your bid quantity through multiple purchases. All sellers with wine in the requested location are eligible to accept. Otherwise, you can choose to fulfill your entire bid quantity from one seller.
