Vinfolio Announces New Chief Executive Officer and New Vice President, Controller

Michael Jellison to lead newly capitalized company; focus on core principles of fine wine business.

San Francisco, CA, March 22, 2010 - Vinfolio announced today that it has appointed Michael Jellison as its new Chief Executive Officer and Dina Bohacek as its new Vice President, Controller effective mid April. In his position, Mr. Jellison will develop Vinfolio's strategic direction in concert with the company's Sr. Management Team. Ms. Bohacek will structure and manage Vinfolio's finance team to support the company's fine wine mission in a financially disciplined way.

Mr. Jellison brings to Vinfolio more than 20 years of leadership, finance, operations and strategic planning experience in the wine industry. He served as Vice President of Finance, The Americas for Allied Domecq Spirits and Wine, and became President and CEO of Allied Domecq Wines in 1999. Mr. Jellison also held the position of Vice President, Sales Operations and Logistics at Icon Estates, where he managed sales and production logistics efforts for their portfolio of brands, including Robert Mondavi Napa, Ravenswood and Franciscan. His most recent position was with Swanson Vineyards and Winery where he served as President since 2006. He began his career with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte & Touche) and is a Certified Public Accountant in California.

Dina Bohacek brings over 20 years of financial expertise to Vinfolio with a background as a Senior Finance Executive for domestic and international high-growth public and private companies. Prior to joining Vinfolio, Ms. Bohacek was the Controller at Master Replicas Inc./Corgi International Ltd. where she successfully managed and implemented the international consolidation and SEC filings of a three entity merged company. She has held previous Controller positions with Voxify, Inc. and iknowmed, Inc. She is a Certified Public Accountant in California.
