Vinfolio cordially invites you to join world-renowned Burgundy critic Allen Meadows for an evening of food and wine tasting at critically acclaimed Spruce Restaurant in San Francisco the evening of October 14, 2008.
The event will feature exquisite Burgundy expertly paired with sumptuous delights created by Spruce's Chef Mark Sullivan.
Walk-Around Tasting – 6:00pm – 8:30pm ($225)
The evening will begin with a walk-around tasting of twelve select wines. Allen will serve as guide in exploring some of the best 2006 and 2005 Burgundies, as well as wines from the 2000, 2002 and 2004 vintages. These will be accompanied by an array of sumptuous hors d’ouevres.
