2004 Fevre, William - Chablis Les Clos
“Pale color. Brisk, subtle aromas of white grapefruit, green apple, wet stone and mint. Wonderfully ripe and spicy in the mouth, with highly concentrated flavors of citrus fruits, spices and wet stone. In texture, the wine is still reserved and a bit tight, but it already wonderfully perfumed in the mouth and on the kaleidoscopic finish. A very broad, suave wine with great verve and lightness of touch.” - Stephen Tanzer, International Wine Cellar
2002 Fevre, William - Chablis Les Preuses
“Extremely subtle smoke and wood spice blend with classic Chablis green apple and crushed oyster shell aromas that precede gorgeously complex, ripe, painfully intense flavors that are less angular than the Bouguerots. This doesn't have the same power but it's actually a more complete and harmonious wine, at least at this point with top flight elegance and an unmistakably sense of class and grace. I very much like this as it's a bit more understated yet possesses great flavor authority and precision on the fantastically long finish.” - Allen Meadows, Burghound
2005 Fevre, William - Chablis Bougros
“This too displays a discreet touch of wood with citrus, oyster shell and algae notes that merge into big, muscular and robust flavors that are quite rich but not heavy or rustic, all wrapped in a sappy and palate staining finish. This is more mineral than usual as well as quite precise for such a big wine and I particularly like the sense of energy as this avoids any sense of heaviness, which is particularly impressive in the context of the vintage as some wines can be heavy.” - Allen Meadows, Burghound

Tips on placing a successful bid:
Research current retail and auction price data at www.wineprices.com to determine a fair and realistic bid price.
Consider that the seller is charged a 15% to 20% commission, as well as shipping (if the wine is not in Vinfolio storage).
Note the location from which you'd like your wine to be sourced. Wine in Vinfolio storage can usually be fulfilled more quickly upon bid acceptance.
Make sure the quantity you are bidding on is actually available in the Marketplace.
Remember, sellers are not obligated to sell their wine, but placing a fair and realistic bid will improve your chances of success.
