Selling wine via the Vinfolio Marketplace

The Vinfolio Marketplace gives wine enthusiasts and collectors access to the world's largest online fine wine source, with thousands of bottles offered for sale. An optimal sales channel for private sellers, the Marketplace offers low fees, no hassles and broad sales exposure.

1. Sellers mark wine for sale through VinCellar and set low asking, Reserve, or BuyNow prices.
2. Prospective buyers place bids. Bids at BuyNow prices, or that meet Reserve prices, are auto-accepted.
3. Sellers are notified simultaneously according to their email preferences.
4. Sellers respond by accepting the bid, giving feedback, or ignoring.
5. Upon bid acceptance, sellers ship wine to Vinfolio. All Marketplace transactions are handled through a segregated account from which payments are made.
6. Wine goes through inspection and is fulfilled to Buyer's storage account. Buyer can store wine in Vinfolio's temperature controlled storage facility.
7. Payments are made to Sellers 10 business days after the Friday of the week in which your wine passes inspection and the sale is marked Complete in your Vinfolio account. All Marketplace transactions are handled through a segregated account from which payments are made.

Wine sold in the Marketplace must be:

1. Vintage 1970 or later.
2. Bottle size less than or equal to 6 liters.
3. Physically located within the United States.
